AberdeenWedderhill Farm is situated on the southern edge of beautiful Deeside, straddling the hill between the coast and the river. It is just a short distance south of Scotland's third city, Aberdeen, which is also the energy capital of Europe. Aberdeen City has a lot to offer to leisure visitors: museums, art galleries, cinemas, historical walks, car rental, lots of shopping, sports facilities, award-winning parks and gardens and a vibrant night life with live music galore. For food lovers there are countless restaurants, pubs and cafes at where excellent local and international cuisine can be enjoyed. Aberdeen also has the third oldest university of Scotland.

Outside the city centre, Aberdeenshire has an abundance of activities and opportunities, all set to a world-renowned backdrop of stunning coast and mountain views and accompanied by the bracing Scottish air! Wedderhill Farm is within 20 minutes drive of coastal Stonehaven to the South and regal Banchory to the West, both quaint picturesque Scottish towns with their own distinct and unique character. Also within reach are dozens of top Golf Courses for which this country is famous, including the driving range and 6-hole course 'Aspire', just 5 minutes away, as well as the beautiful Deeside club across the river. For whisky hunters, an hours' drive north west will take you into the heart of Speyside and a plethora of tasting opportunities. Add to all of this famous castles, fishing villages, royal landmarks, adventure parks, watersports and stunning hillwalking and you can have a holiday filled to the brim with activity.
